HELICOPTER TECHNICIANS
Our Helicopter Technicians operate under a certified Part 145 Repair Station in which each technician ensures the safety, airworthiness, and optimal performance of each aircraft by conducting inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs according to FAA regulations. They diagnose engine, hydraulic, electrical, and structural issues, replace parts, and keep detailed maintenance. Our capabilities range from Bell 206A/B and L series, Bell 407, OH58A/C, and UH1H helicopters.
Key Responsibilities

Inspections: Conduct daily pre-flight, post-flight, and scheduled phase inspections.

Troubleshooting: Identify and fix malfunctions in engines, transmissions, rotor blades, and avionics.

Maintenance & Repairs: Perform repairs, component replacements, and modifications in both hangar and field environments.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all repairs, inspections, and FAA compliance documentation.

Component Installation: Install and test specialized equipment (e.g., winches, police radio equipment).

Overhaul, Repair and Inspect aircraft components
Required Qualifications & Skills

FAA Certification preferred: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate

Experience: Previous experience in turbine helicopter maintenance.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Tools: Proficient in the use of specialized aviation tools and diagnostic software

Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied weather conditions.

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy parts.

Some weekend and overtime may be required
